Michelle Stokes, SPHR is a seasoned tactical and strategic Human Resources professional with more than 25 years of experience leading and executing comprehensive HR vision, strategy, and operations. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, employee benefits and compensation, payroll administration, loss control, unemployment and workers’ compensation insurance, and employee safety and wellness programs. Michelle is deeply committed to partnering with organizations and leaders who prioritize people-first cultures and sustainable business practices. Michelle founded HR Pro Consulting in September 2017, launching the firm as a solopreneur serving small and mid-sized businesses seeking practical, compliant, and customized human resources solutions. As the firm grew, Michelle expanded the team in 2025 by adding two partners, a Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Human Resources Generalist, to better support an expanding and diverse client base. Today, HR Pro Consulting has partnered with over thirty organizations across the public and private sectors, serving a wide range of industries and both for-profit and nonprofit entities.

She takes pride in being a strategic partner in workforce growth, offering insights that go beyond resumes to truly identify the best fit for all involved. As she pursues a formal education in marketing, Amber brings a unique prospective to the recruitment process.

Autumn is an HR professional with a strong focus on the administrative process that drives compliance and enhances the employee experience. She supports companies of all sizes by managing key HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, policy administration, and payroll processing. Autumn is passionate about creating organized, compliant systems that not only meet regulatory standards but also contribute to a positive and consistent workplace environment. Through detailed, behind-the-scenes support, she helps build the foundation for employees to feel supported and organizations to grow with confidence.
